Repainted Helen Kish doll Pink Ribbon Riley 7.5 inch all-vinyl doll with mohair and joints at shoulders and hips.  Riley was painted by portrait artist Nancy Lee Moran in 2008, who also embellished her blush-pink dress with beadwork. Pink Ribbon Riley was made in 2005 in an edition of 1000, according to the book Helen Kish: The Artist and Her Dolls  by Louise Fecher (hardcover published in 2006, page 144)

Repainted Helen Kish doll, Seasons Winter 16-inch all-vinyl doll with joints at shoulders and hips.  Summer was repainted (painted) by fine artist Nancy Lee Moran in 2008 and renamed Esmee.   Esmee has eyes of PURE TRANSPARENT LAPIS LAZULI alkyd-oil pigment, made from a deep blue semiprecious stone named lazurite. Lapis is also used for making jewelry.  Esmee is wearing an ivory  silk dress by Hankie Couture. Ivory raw silk has all the lovely irregularities that make it so beautiful.  This TEA-length dress is as light as a feather! Helen Kish Seasons Summer doll repainted by Nancy Lee Moran in 2008, renamed Amy. Marsha of Hankie Couture created this doll dress from a small vintage tablecloth.  Its cross stitch design features a cornucopia of color.  The doll’s eyes are subtle, transparent green that matches the stitching in her dress. Her eyes have hints of bronze and blue.
The doll’s wig is original. Nancy rolled her golden long hair and French-braided the front of each side. 
Nancy made a hair decoration of glass beads that compliment the stitch colors of her dress. It includes a crystal Millefiori Water-Drop Bead. In Italian, millefiori means a thousand flowers. This type of bead is made using slices of multicolored glass rods (canes).

Repainted Helen Kish doll, Angelic Riley 7.5 inch all-vinyl doll with joints at shoulders and hips.  Riley was repainted (painted) by fine artist Nancy Lee Moran in 2008 and renamed Beth.   Beth wears an ivory  silk dress by Hankie Couture. This pure silk dress is made from a very expensive and beautiful fabric called Dupioni Silk. This silk is textured with thick, irregular sized fibers woven into the base fabric, which in this case is silk. White beads have been added to the fabric to make it wonderfully rich. Bethany, a 12-inch toddler child, was the first newly-sculpted doll made in the LadyKish line, which was established in 2000. This repainted Helen Kish doll,  Bethany was an all-vinyl doll with joints at shoulders and hips.  Butterscotch Bethany was repainted (painted) by fine artist Nancy Lee Moran in 2008 as a commission, since her original paint had become slightly damaged.    Nancy Lee painted her to look like a real child. Nancy Lee Moran's POLICY TO SHOW RESPECT FOR HELEN KISH & other doll creators is as follows:
The dolls I use were factory painted. I would never repaint a doll that the artist (Helen Kish) had painted herself, such as some of those in the Kish Signature Line. I would not paint one in a limited edition of fewer than 300 (preferably 500 or more). I consult the beautiful book I own: Helen Kish: The Artist and Her Dolls by Louise Fecher (hardcover published in 2006). I am NOT affiliated with any doll company, creator or manufacturer.
