"The Wonder of it All"
When I saw baby Abby at church in her darling hat and dress (gifts from her grandmother), I asked permission of her parents to take photos. I added pearls to the brim of the hat for an “angelic” accent, then designed the small pillow and the wings. I enjoyed painting the lacy effect in the background. Some viewers have liked her inquisitive bright eyes. The oil painting is in the artist’s collection for now.
